Something unclear, broken or missing? Tell us. A person reads every message.
Send feedback from Levo
This is the quickest way, because the report already knows your version and your Mac.
- Open Settings and choose Send feedback in the sidebar.
- Write what happened or what you’d like.
- Optionally, add a log of what Levo did. Tick only the sessions you want to include, each analysis, cleanup or uninstall.
- Click Preview to see exactly what will be sent.
- Open it as a draft in your mail app, then send it yourself.
The report has counts, sizes and settings, and no paths or file names. Nothing is sent until you press send in your mail app.
It helps to include:
- your Levo version (Settings › Licence) and macOS version;
- what you did, what you expected and what happened;
- which agent you use, if it’s about suggestions;
- a screenshot, if it helps.
Licence and refunds
Polar sells Levo as the merchant of record, so refunds go through Polar, and we’ll help with that. Write to us with the email you bought with.
Ideas
If Levo misses a tool whose files take space on your Mac, tell us what it is and where it keeps its files. The agent finds it anyway, but we can add it to the known list.
