Licence: two free cleanups, then a lifetime licence for 2 Macs

Levo is free to watch and to ask. Cleaning takes a licence, after two free cleanups. One licence works on 2 Macs, for good. There’s no subscription.

What’s free

What the licence unlocks

Until you have a licence, the Clean button reads Unlock, and the Licence pane shows how many free cleanups are left.

Buy and activate

  1. Open Settings › Licence and click Buy, or use the Buy button on the Levo page. The current price is shown in both places.
  2. Pay on the checkout page. The licence key arrives in your purchase email.
  3. Back in Settings › Licence, paste the key into Key and press Return.

The status changes to active. Levo keeps the key in your Keychain, so you won’t need to paste it again.

The price

A lifetime licence has one price, paid once. It goes up as more people buy, so the price on the page today is the lowest it will be. Whatever you pay is what you pay: the licence never expires and later increases don’t touch it.

Two Macs

Each licence has two places. Activating Levo on a Mac takes one. To move it, open Settings › Licence on the Mac you’re leaving and choose Deactivate. That Mac goes back to Free and the place is free again for the key on another Mac. Deactivating is also what to do before you sell or wipe a Mac.

Offline

Levo checks the licence when it opens and every few days. If your Mac is offline, it keeps working for 14 days, and the Licence pane shows the date it runs until. A network error never turns your licence off. Only a clear “invalid” from the licence server does.

Where the payment goes

Polar sells Levo as the merchant of record, so your purchase and any refund are with Polar under its terms. If something isn’t right, email us and we’ll help.

Why an agent can’t unlock cleaning

The licence check sits inside the delete path itself. Deleting can only start from a click in Levo’s confirm step, or from Auto mode. No script, command or agent can trigger it.
